“Happy Helga” Muhlbacher of Arlington Heights transitioned peacefully on January 3, 2016.
On Christmas Day 2015, Helga was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer. She chose no further medical treatment and was released from Good Shepherd Hospital to transition peacefully at Journey Care Hospice, Barrington until her passing, surrounded by family and close friends.
Helga always said, “life is a mystery” and looked forward to seeing her Freddy and other loved ones on the other side. She said “I will see you again in Heaven”.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 from 3:00-8:00 pm at: FRIEDRICHS FUNERAL HOME 320 W. Central Road at Northwest Hwy.,Mt. Prospect, IL
Visitation will continue on Wednesday from 9:30 AM until Mass will be held at 10:30
